I've used Westside multiple times, and have had a solid experience. For one job, I ordered a kit, and picked it up on time. The second time, while Westside didn't have the part, it gave me good advice on an alternative solution to the issue. I like that Westside doesn't try to sell you more than you need; for one project, the rep even told me that a part didn't exist, which was different than what another vendor had told me.
