The nomination for Most Professional Servicer of 2016 was based on four criteria: Professional presentation of the technician uniform, service vehicles, online presence and company logo. Westside competed with other appliance repair companies across the nation within the 6-10 technician size category.
The top two highest scoring companies from each category were displayed at ASTI. From the semi-finalist, attendees at ASTI voted on which company they liked the best.
