This fee is for an expert technician to come to your home, troubleshoot your appliance, and identify the problem. While scheduling your service, we listen diligently as you explain the issues you are having with your appliance, along with your specific make and model. We try to anticipate a few common problems that may be causing the issues you described, and show up to your appointment with the replacement parts needed for those possible repairs. You’ll never be charged for your repair in advance.
We Talk You Through our Appliance Diagnosis and Quote You for Service Beforehand
Once we are in front of your appliance, then we can really run the diagnostics needed to identify the root of your appliance’s issues. We’ll explain the tests we are running, and how we’ve concluded what is truly wrong with your appliance. Before doing any work, we’ll provide an estimate of how much we will charge to complete the repair. We’ll be honest with you if we think the repair will cost more than your appliance is worth, so you can make an informed decision as to if you’d like us to proceed.
